Made by our friends at Little Barn, this mix has (almost) everything you need to bake gooey and delicious Cookies at home!
Directions:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine ingredient of Little Barn cookie mix. Add the additional ingredients required listed above, Mix until smooth. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let sit about 1 minute before removing onto wire rack.
Yield:
About 2-1/2 dozen

Quick-cooing oats, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, raisins, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
