Got these for working on our small farm during the summer months. We are at 5400 ft. of elevation and it's been hitting the high 90s and low 100s lately. Didn't have them last week and after 3 hours of mostly tractor work I was destroyed. Dehydrated and a little crispy. Wore them both days this weekend when it hot 102. Did 5 hours each day and went mountain biking afterwards. I got the large and they fit nicely in the shoulders/chest and a little loose around the middle. I have 2 of these shirts now for outdoor activities. They are lightweight and breathable, do a great job of keeping the sun off you, and are quick dry even after being submerged in water. I have used them for hiking, swimming and kyaking with great success. As other reviews have mentioned, order a size larger than you normally would, the neck and shoulders tend to run a little small.
